A nostalgic, underground concerto night.
Robert Levin returns to Wigmore Hall for a lecture-recital exploring Mozart's journey to artistic maturity. The programme features a selection of works ranging from the Piano Sonata in G K283, written during a pivotal visit to Munich, to the forward-looking Variations in B flat K500. A renowned scholar of the composer's work, Levin also presents his own realisations of elegant pieces that Mozart left unfinished, pre-facing each half of the performance with these unique completions.
