Kay Slice is a storyteller and hip-hop artist with Ghanaian roots who blends modern hip-hop, afrobeat, and soul with traditional sounds and narratives. His music is deeply connected to West African heritage, featuring instruments like the balafon and Ghanaian drums. Through his work, he aims to celebrate the African soul and create a future where art and poetry connect people across generations and locations. Part of the Groove Beest concert series at Bimhuis, this performance is designed for schools to experience high-energy grooves and dance. The session also includes MC Groove Beest to guide the audience through moves and rhythmic experiences.
