In this concert, we navigate between the different temperaments — sanguine, phlegmatic, and choleric — until everything converges in melancholy. However, do not be alarmed; melancholy is more than a black note. It serves as an incentive to create something beautiful, born from the realization of transience and unfulfilled longing. Melancholy is a muse; the embodiment of the desire for desires. The program includes works by Bach, Von Bingen, Boulanger, Berio, and more.
