Sinfonia Rotterdam presents a program featuring Górecki, Dorman, and Dvořák's Serenade for Strings, with soloists Adam Levin and Jacob Reuven at De Doelen.
Experience three works in which ancient forms and classical structures are interwoven with contemporary voices. Górecki revives Renaissance influences in Three Pieces in the Old Style, Dorman's Double Concerto for Mandolin and Guitar with Duo Mantar opens a sparkling, virtuosic soundscape, and Dvořák's Serenade for Strings combines classical forms with Bohemian folk colors and lyrical expression.
