The new album Duori by Heith & Tarawangsawelas is the culmination of years spent collecting field recordings and ideas across various digital devices. After first meeting in Bandung, the Italian producer Heith and the Indonesian group Tarawangsawelas drew inspiration from Sundanese rituals and jaipong club culture. Their sound is a layered, trance-inducing exploration that blends electronic music with ritualistic tradition. Opening the night are Mangruv and The Social Lover, whose performance focuses on an intuitive dialogue between percussion and production.
