Industrial Metal-concerten en liveshows in Barcelona

Emerging in the late 1980s, industrial metal fuses the abrasive, machine-like aesthetics of industrial music with the aggressive instrumentation of thrash or groove metal. The sound typically features heavily distorted electric guitars and harsh vocals underpinned by rigid programmed percussion, sequenced drum loops, and atmospheric synthesizers. Rhythms are generally characterized by a mechanical, repetitive 4/4 pulse with moderate to fast tempos, emphasizing a cold and dehumanized sonic environment. Its mood is frequently transgressive, dark, and intense, serving as a heavier evolution of industrial rock while profoundly influencing the development of nu-metal and various electronic-inflected heavy subgenres.
