Brazilian Bass-events deze maand in San Francisco

Brazilian Bass is a subgenre of house music that originated in Brazil during the early 2010s, primarily characterized by its distinctive, punchy sub-basslines and minimalist rhythmic structures. Often attributed to pioneers like Alok, the genre blends elements of G-house and deep house to create a driving, groovy atmosphere designed for large-scale club environments. Its production typically features crisp 4/4 kick drums and processed vocal chops, maintaining a steady tempo between 120 and 125 BPM. While it maintains a dark and moody aesthetic, its high-energy cadence makes it a staple of modern electronic dance music and a significant precursor to the globally popular slap house movement.
