North Herts based Drum n bass producer and D.J: Omega Point. 'What Do You Want' is out on Lockdown Records 24.01.2025. It’s easy to see that the producer and DJ primarily looks to explore the deeper, darker edges of the drum and bass scene. Following his first release: Frostbite E.P on Beat Spectrum in 2017, it wasn’t long before Bristol’s drum and bass and jungle label, Lockdown Recordings, decided to take this gifted creator under their wing; releasing 'Another World E.P' in 2018. Going from strength to strength, Omega Point caught the ears of Rebel Music ahead of their launch in 2019 with Rebel 004 release bringing 'Problems Of The World E.P' from Omega Point in Spring 2019. Forming new friendships and alliances with each release, Sections label Locked Up Music was an obvious fit for the dark future drum funk sounds crafted by OP in 'Upside Down' which saw OP become a regular fixture on the Inmates compilations and bring Sci-fi funk fueled beats to the label with 'Life E.P' Now 2025: Omega Point has a number of collaborative projects under way, the first to be released being with Lockdown recs which features a heavy hitting collab with Section 'What Do You Want' and a huge flip of Cybins 'Back To Me'
