Jamie Murray - from the UK. After 9 years of writing, recording and focusing on creating, his songwriting and soaring guitar riffs are like a blast to the past featuring huge ambient/rock elements driven by acoustic guitars. With deep emotive lyricism and ideas that he sings about, you’re left with nothing more than what some might call a ballad or an absolute anthem. His debut album release, Frisson entails a plethora of emotions, like being between both fear and excitement, but still expressing every part of himself through the tracks. Coming in second, Celestial was an outburst of experimental ambient pieces, typically still guitar driven, but with vast soundscapes to express the depths of both sides of each spectrum - the light and the darkness. Next up, Echoes of the Past was more of a heavily story driven and deeply rooted reflection of his past memories, bringing across huge nostalgia & peace. Then, Standard Serenity - focusing on a more raw performance, giving priority to his acoustic guitar and vocal. Myriads Around the Moon, Jamie expressed despair whilst trying to uplift those through heartbreak. & now Atmos, journeying into some of the mysteries of the world. Jamie experimented with delicate orchestral string symphonies which is then followed up by his bands debut single. He is on his way to honing not only his recordings, but his live sets and musicianship as an artist, with reviews around previous albums earning a great response.
