Erik Penny

Born in upstate New York, raised in El Paso, Texas, spent my 20s in LA and relocated to Berlin in 2008. I played bass and sang in my first band when I was 17 and got hooked. Moved to LA and formed the band "Penny" in LA in 2000, then became solo artist Erik Penny in 2003. Since then, I have released 6 full-length albums, 3 EPs, many singles. Since moving to Berlin, I’ve released 3 albums, toured all over Germany, supported Joe Cocker and Ronan Keating and Madsen and many others, collaborated on many songs featured in German TV and film. I live in Berlin Kreuzberg with my wonderful wife and 2 awesome kids and our dog Milo and I continue to make music and play shows and paint and work in a variety of things...
