An underground, high-energy hard rock artist.
Bakersfield-based rock band, Karma Hitlist, was originally formed in 2001, with singer Ty Elam (Videodrone/Cradle of Thorns), Mike Montano (Bass), Cesareo Garasa (Drums), Alex Gee (keys/samples) and Jim Fendrick (Guitar) before calling it quits in 2005. They reunited in 2012 but ended abruptly with the passing of Fendrick in 2013. Elam and Montano reformed in 2025 with the addition of Ryan Vaughan (Guitar) and Maddix Wilson (Drums). With new music in the pipeline, they just released their first single, “Sick Like This.” Karma Hitlist has been taking the time to finish and fine-tune more recordings. They have an EP slated for release later this year, and more material ready to follow. Armed with a new lineup and material ready for the road, Karma Hitlist are set to be a burgeoning force from the Bakersfield music scene.
