Morgan Hislop

Morgan Hislop is an electronic musician and visual artist based in London, UK. A multi-talented force of nature, Morgan seamlessly mixes his fluid take on vibrant electronic sounds, combining elements of hyper pop and house, french touch and future pop to create a signature sound all of his own. Described by Complex magazine as “impossibly catchy”; his music is almost always paired with his psychedelic yet crunchy approach to crafting his own music videos, record artwork and photography.  In 2022 Morgan released his debut album Ghostin' Me that showcased a new, more ambitious direction. Built out around the demos of an abandoned ballet score - the album was repurposed from one longform soundtrack/instrumental piece into a kaleidoscopic record, as Morgan recruited artists from all over the world as collaborators and guest vocalists. The record was described by DJ Mag as “sugar coated, club-inspired pop”. Equally a seasoned selector, Morgan has held down radio shows across key UK stations - championing international DJs, artists and producers. His DJ mixes are considered and eclectic, perfectly encapsulated in a high concept immersive recording for Crack Magazine’s Mix Series; an audible homage to the club smoking area. Stepping out into 2026, Morgan launches a new label of his own; MYSTERY SHOPPER, with the aim of curating and releasing timeless and human electronic music with an emphasis on the cinematic. His latest offering ‘Nice Try!’ drops on March 25th.
