Girlfriend

Girlfriend, born Kenya Edwards, is a country girl through and through. Her inspirations though—including New York’s Alicia Keys, who she recorded song covers of for her Facebook audience years prior—have leaned more towards big city aspirations. Recently making the jump to call LA home, she’s focused on connection (with peers and herself). As her name implies, Girlfriend is a person you can be vulnerable with, and a safe place with whom you can mirror that right back.
