Sean Gibbs
Sean Gibbs is an Edinburgh born jazz trumpeter and composer/arranger based in London. His 17-piece big band features some of the UK’s leading jazz and session musicians, including the likes of Tom Walsh, Freddie Gavita, Harben Kay and James Gardiner-Bateman. Sean's new EP Set Me Free marks his songwriting debut, pairing his big band with renowned vocalist Frida Touray. It augments Sean’s roots in the jazz tradition with a diverse range of influences from Motown through to blues and folk singer-songwriters.
