Monza
The brainchild of former Noordkaap member Stijn Meuris, Monza released their first album, Van God Los, in 2001. Consisting of vocalist Meuris, bassist Bart Delacourt, guitarist Bruno Fevery, guitarist Kris Delacourt, and drummer Dirk Loots, Monza celebrated the 175th anniversary of their nation, Belgium, with the track "Ik Hou Van U/Je T'aime Tu Sais" in 2005, which also happened to be the year of their sophomore full-length release, Grand. The DVD Grand Slam! was released the following year, and their 2008 album, Attica!, was a Top Five hit, peaking at number three on their nation's charts. ~ Chris True, Rovi
