This is evident in her remarkably expressive voice, which effortlessly navigates the intricate alleys of Arabic music and the complexities of the Arabic Maqam, exuding both gentleness and raw emotion, passion and melancholy, all with an authentic charm. She has been part of several highly acclaimed international music projects, including “Basma & Orwa”, “Orwa Saleh Ensemble”, “Vienna Acoustic Diaries”, and “Wiener Stimmen [Voices of Vienna]” and “Unsere Fremden [Our Strangers]”. In 2023, Basma completed work on her debut solo album “Furat,” a testament to her extensive, extraordinary musical journey, beautifully showcasing her exceptional artistry.
