Plexusplay

Plexusplay is a mallet percussionist, dance music producer and motion graphics artist based in Los Angeles. His shows are a full throttle adventure through iconic melodies and singable EDM anthems with his electric xylophone at the center - jazzy house solos, heavy bass triggers, & virtuosic drumming - all reactive to visuals and his custom LED wearables he programs. He began his musical journey at age 6, with a hunger for learning that has led him through rigorous conservatory training, electronic music production and animation workflows, and designing audiovisual systems for live shows and interactivity. Matt’s many talents make him a well-rounded composer and an unbounded music technologist. His skills have garnered him performances at major festivals like Electric Forest, Lightning in a Bottle, Beyond Wonderland, Burning Man, as well as support roles for touring artists like Louis Cole and KNOWER.
