Maya Evers

Rising up out of Hamburg’s ever fertile electronic music scene, Maya Evers is a dynamic selector and blossoming producer who is captivating crowds and labels with her melodic, indie-inspired sound. In recent years she has evolved from her techno roots into new wave-esque, indie sounds, with house, disco and 80s influences informing her DJ sets. It’s this diverse melting pot of styles that lies at the heart of Maya’s current output. Her prowess as a selector has led to appearances at many of Germany’s best known spots; Robert Johnson, PAL, Golden Pudel, Uebel & Gefährlich, among them. Her debut release featured on the Spektrum compilation series from Adana Twins’ label TAU. The track, entitled ‘Don’t Walk’, serves as a taster of the essence of Maya’s sultry sound, with more to come...
