Luca Turilli is an internationally acclaimed composer, arranger, producer, ghostwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, constantly engaged in various projects and multiple musical genres. Besides being recognized as the founder and leading member of the iconic symphonic metal band Rhapsody, Luca has also long been esteemed as a proficient solo musician His debut album, King of the Nordic Twilight reached high chart positions (53rd in Germany) and tremendous sales figures after its release. Not only the press praised the album as a fantastic opera linking melodic metal and classic, the reaction of the fans was equally euphoric. October 2002 saw the release of his second solo album, Prophet of the Last Eclipse, with which Luca again proved himself to be a versatile, inspired composer and instrumentalist, and, as on his 1999 debut, welcoming several first class guest musicians into the studio to work with him. Luca Turilli has been featured as a composer, arranger, producer, guitar player, and/or keyboardist in over 20 albums and toured the world with his bands for over two decades.
