A digital lotus, rising from the mud of the southern California anime convention, rave, and club scene, AHBL provides touring VJ support for Japanese talent including TeddyLoid, ACME, Takeru, DEMONDICE and Moe Shop. Taking inspiration from the pastiche of Japanese doujin fan creations, AHBL's mixed media VJ style bridges the worlds of Japanese pop and traditional culture, anikura, bombastic EDM production, bespoke 3D renders, social media filters, and unintended artifacts.
