Tangerine Stoned
Tangerine Stoned were born in Rimini, Fellini’s hometown, in 2012. Originally rooted in blues, they soon drifted into psychedelic visions, Beat literature like Kerouac, Ginsberg, Burroughs. They play acid rock like a fever dream, suspended between two dimensions. In 2023 they released A Dog Day Afternoon, a record soaked in toxic romance and cinematic influences, blending American noir and psychedelic dissolves, produced by Dumbo Gets Mad . A southern Italy tour followed, with appearances at festivals and beach goth parties in Sicily. In 2024 they played in Switzerland with Gloria , Cannabineros, and The Devils . In Italy, they opened for El Perro (Radio Moscow ) and Brower, and shared the stage with bands like Acid Tongue and Animaux Formidables . In 2025, a new album will be released: a love letter and a curse to the imaginary America that raised them — full of dust, visions, gasoline, and dreams to set on fire.
