The GrooveBuzz will release their upcoming album, “Hit in the Heart,” on October 9, 2026. The first single, “We Need Some Love Today,” drops on May 29.  This project combines fresh music with a unique social concept focused on talent development, inclusivity, and live entertainment.More Than Just a BandThe GrooveBuzz is a foundation dedicated to supporting individuals from vulnerable backgrounds. Through an innovative day-programming model, participants actively contribute to music productions and live shows. The initiative goes beyond musical training, helping participants build self-confidence, discover hidden talents, and take concrete steps toward social integration and independence. About the Album“Hit in the Heart” features original compositions by veteran drummer Leon Klaasse, blending soul, funk, pop, and classic rock into a warm, timeless sound.The project is led by saxophonist and founder Peter Romijn (The Wild Romance), with vocals by Mieke de Jongh (who previously worked with Candy Dulfer and Kane). Well-known Dutch media personality Henkjan Smits is also attached to the project as an official ambassador.
