Altar of Flies

Altar of Flies is the experimental sound project of Swedish artist Mattias Gustafsson. Working primarily with magnetic tape, instruments, and electronics, Gustafsson crafts dense, textured soundscapes influenced by electroacoustic music and the underground noise scene. His music is characterized by its experimental, often abrasive, and dark ambient qualities.
