Following a sold-out first edition, Echoes of Resistance returns with another evening celebrating the songs and poetry of Sheikh Imam and Ahmed Fouad Negm, this time featuring an expanded repertoire of songs and stories. For decades, the duo gave voice to workers, students, political prisoners, and ordinary people across the Arab world. Through sharp satire, moving poetry, and unforgettable melodies, Imam and Negm became two of the most influential cultural figures of modern Egypt. Join us for a night of live music, storytelling, and solidarity as we revisit some of their most beloved works and explore the stories behind them.
