Raeya Chen is a China-born, Paris-based multidisciplinary artist shaping electronic music through the lens of her cultural heritage. Working across DJing, production, writing, and curation, Raeya is driven by a commitment to amplifying underrepresented voices and fostering cross-cultural dialogue. Through her event concept MÉI experiences, she organized the first series of Chinese New Year house music experiences in Geneva and later brought the first immersive experience combining Chinese cinema, poetry, calligraphy art and electronic music to Silencio Paris. In 2026, Raeya began releasing her original music blending house and techno with elements of Chinese musical tradition, incorporating poetic storytelling and traditional instruments into contemporary club music. She also collaborates with emerging Asian artists through remixes and creative partnerships, building bridges between electronic music and broader musical cultures while expanding global visibility for Asian talent. Raeya’s rapid growth has led her to the stages of top electronic music venues across Europe and Asia, as well as residencies at Tempio del Futuro Perduto (Milan) and Audio Club (Geneva). She has shared lineups with international artists such as Ellen Allien, Chris Liebing, Sam Paganini, FJAAK, MALAA, and more. During IMS Ibiza 2026, Raeya was recognized by Pete Tong and Parisi as the Future Talent Award winner of 2026, marking her as one of the most promising new voices in electronic music.
