To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the album Next Thing, Frankie Cosmos is embarking on a special tour performing the record in its entirety. This celebration features a stripped-back setup reminiscent of the album's original sound, utilizing a simplified drum kit, a single Casio keyboard, and a Danelectro guitar. The performance also includes reworked versions of more recent songs to match the Next Thing aesthetic. This tour coincides with a remaster of the album on vinyl, which includes three previously unreleased demos. Opening the night is Gabby’s World, the moniker of prolific artist Gabby Smith. Over the last 15 years, Smith has released acclaimed albums such as O.K. and Beast on Beast. Following a brief hiatus to study Evolutionary Biology, she returns to music with her new project GABBY SWORD, an exploration of love, loss, and queer identity co-produced with Barrie Lindsay.
