First Light brings a new bi-monthly residency to The Corner led by broadcaster and curator Rohan Rakhit. Across four evenings throughout the year, the First Light team bring a spirit of community and musical discovery from weekly radio broadcasting on Gilles Peterson's Worldwide FM, into physical space. For the final edition of 2026, Rohan welcomes Joe Armon-Jones and Maxwell Owin. Two cornerstones of London's jazz resurgence who have been developing their musical chemistry for years, blending jazz, dub, broken beat, grime, 2-step and electronic music.
