Ancient Futures Club explores the conflation of local and global through the lens of club music. The event traces connections between folk dances as rituals and the origins of raves and techno as forms of collective struggle. Italian artist Davide Ghelli Santuliana (KTONIOS) presents mesmerising modular synth work inspired by southern Italian folk traditions. Kivanc, an artist from Ankara, brings a practice rooted in play and improvisation. Celine Bereyakan, resident at Operator Radio, mixes nostalgic Turkish pop culture with Euro-disco and filter house.
