The French ensemble Quatuor Ébène performs a selection of Beethoven's string quartets. The program spans from the composer's first quartet (No. 3 in D Major) to the introspective 'Serioso' and the dark, fiery passions of the second 'Razumovsky' Quartet. Renowned for their joyous exhilaration and carefree abandon, the quartet explores the depth and intimacy of these landmark works.
