The Big Dreaming
Αισιόδοξη, αργή βραδιά classical
Join Concerteenies for the musical story of ‘The Big Dreaming’, for children aged 3-7 and their families. The Cold is coming, and it's time for Big Bear and Little Bear to get ready for the Big Sleep: for bears sleep all winter long, and wake up in the spring. Little Bear sets out bravely to find enough dreams to see them through the long winter. On his journey, he discovers dreams of happiness; dreams of homecoming; and dreams of hope. Pianist Annabelle Lawson and narrator Polly Ives combine new music composed by Paul Rissmann, digital animations by Vic Craven, and a new book written by Michael Rosen. The concert also includes Chopin’s Minute Waltz, Florence Price’s Ticklin’ Toes and Hushabye Mountain by Sherman and Sherman.
