Leeroy Stagger
An underground alt country night.
Born in Victoria, British Columbia and raised on the west coast of Canada, Leeroy Stagger was exposed to country music by his grandparents before forming his first punk rock band at 18. His songwriting explores themes of childhood, travel, relationships, and life's tribulations. Stagger achieved commercial success with his song "Just in Case," which appeared on Grey's Anatomy. Over his career, he has shared stages with artists like The Pixies, Los Lobos, and Tegan and Sara, and is considered an ambassador for North American Roots Rock n Roll. Supporting acts include Sofia Ford, a young singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from south London. Influenced by 90s Brit-pop and bands like Oasis and The Stone Roses, her music blends melodic bass lines and electric guitars with catchy hooks.
