Ecstatica is a freeform movement practice that takes participants on a musical journey. The experience begins with an opening circle and cacao or tea sharing, followed by a guided warm-up. The dance itself is a multi-genre wave of sound featuring everything from tribal beats to house and world music. The session concludes with a closing circle and a social gathering with tea and fruit. The practice emphasizes freedom of movement, acceptance, and a sense of belonging in a space described as a moving meditation.
