Doka hosts Detroit royalty as 3 Chairs alumni Marcellus Pittman and Rick Wilhite unite behind the decks. We are bringing a taste of Detroit to Doka on March 21st. A double bill of Detroit legends Marcellus Pittman and Rick Wilhite, who will bring their signature sound to Doka’s spaceship, alongside Cape St. Francis DJs. Two of Detroits most iconic and influential DJ’s and producers combine forces in the intimacy of the Doka basement. Both part of the iconic 3 Chairs collective alongside Moodymann and Theo Parrish, Marcellus Pittman and Rick Wilhite both boast three-decade careers in music, leaving a lasting influence on the Detroit sound and it’s worldwide recognition.
