Melodies International presents the Ariwa Sounds release party. In 1979, Neil Fraser, known as Mad Professor, founded Ariwa Sounds, which became one of the most influential independent Reggae studios and record labels in the UK. After delving deep into the Ariwa catalog, a compilation has been created to celebrate the label's 45-year history, featuring music from artists like Sister Nancy and Johnny Clarke. To mark this release, Mad Professor will perform live alongside vocalist Aisha. Melodies DJs and special guests will also perform, with copies of the new release available at the event.
