The Jovem Orquestra Portuguesa performs at the Konzerthaus Berlin as part of the Young Euro Classic 2026 festival. Led by conductor Pedro Carneiro and featuring mezzosoprano Cláudia Ribas, the program includes Hector Berlioz’s "Le Corsaire" Overture and selections from "Les Troyens" and "Les nuits d'été." The evening also features the world premiere of César Rafael’s "Saudades, só portugueses" and concludes with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 6 in B minor ("Pathétique").
