Orion Plag presents a new three-part live set inspired by Orion’s Belt, exploring Alnitak, Alnilam, and Mintaka through multi-layered synth sounds and dual MIDI keyboards. The performance shifts between gritty beats and melodic tension, reflecting an intersection of outer space and psychological depth. Görkem Arıkan is an interdisciplinary sound artist and music technologist at Amsterdam's SoundLAB. He uses a custom gestural system and experimental electronic instruments, including sensors on a wooden frame, to create sonic explorations where the instrument actively shapes the performance through touch and tension.
