American-born saxophonist Dan Reinstein brings his fluent, muscular hard-bop style to the 606 Club, where he has been a regular performer for over two decades. A former medical student who also attended the Berklee School of Music, Reinstein balances a career as a world-leading expert in laser eye surgery with a lifelong passion for jazz. Accompanied by his long-standing quartet, his repertoire focuses on beloved jazz standards from the 1950s through the 1990s, featuring works by icons like Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, and Horace Silver.
