Le Zoot Collectif revisite les grandes esthétiques du jazz classique — swing, bebop, hard bop et cool jazz — avec l'énergie de la scène actuelle. Fondé en 2016, ce groupe de musiciens formés à New York et Paris propose une approche dynamique de l'héritage jazz. Les soirées débutent par un concert à 23h, suivi d'une jam session à partir de minuit jusqu'à la fermeture du club. L'accès est libre pour les musiciens sur présentation de la carte jam.
