Sondre Lerche is a Brooklyn-based Norwegian singer-songwriter and composer. Known for his eclectic and melodic style, he rose to prominence with his critically acclaimed 2001 debut album, Faces Down. Over his extensive career, he has toured globally both as a solo artist and with his band. His eleventh studio album, Acrobats, is an eight-song suite exploring themes of finding love and beauty in a dystopian world. Recorded across nine different studios, the record serves as a sobering yet passionate follow-up to his previous work, capturing a sense of hope amidst social unrest.
