An underground, raw ambient night.
Minorie presents a night exploring the fringes of folk and experimental music. Katya Shirshkova, a Siberian-born artist based in France, uses her voice to craft hypnotic polyphonic harmonies and layered compositions, performing her vocal-only piece ‘Le Héron’. Czech guitarist and sound artist Tomáš Niesner reimagines Eastern European medieval hymns as minimalist guitar compositions blended with subtle electronics. Local trio Koude, featuring members from Blessum and Eklin, creates subdued music that draws from meandering folk, slowcore, ambient, and drone using guitars, synthesizers, and sparse percussion. Minorie is a label and concert series dedicated to experimental sounds.

The show takes place on September 17, 2026, at OCCII, located at Amstelveenseweg 134 in Amsterdam.
The lineup features Katya Shirshkova, Tomáš Niesner, and the trio Koude.
