Allegra

Allegra is a heart-warming new comedy with music by Olivier Award nominated playwright Peter Quilter. The story follows Allegra, a woman whose life is so filled with joy that she cannot help but burst into song wherever she is—at home, on the street, or in restaurants. While her brother Ronen and carer Anna try to manage her eccentricities and avoid trouble with the local police, the play explores whether her happiness can be preserved as her mind begins to fade. This moving production features spectacular song and dance sequences and stars Maureen Lipman.
