A nostalgic, raw opera night.
Parc de Mandavit, All. de Pfungstadt, 33170 Gradignan
Founded by Catherine Vondrebeck at the end of Louis XIV's reign, the Opéra-Comique began as a fairground troupe before its official recognition in 1762. This theatrical epic traces the evolution of the genre from farces and song recycling to the sophisticated scores of the Enlightenment and the 19th-century masterpieces of Bizet, Offenbach, and Massenet. The performance, presented in music, captures the original fairground spirit that defined its beginnings. This show is a co-production with the Opéra National de Bordeaux.

The show is held at the Théâtre des Quatre Saisons located at Parc de Mandavit, Allée de Pfungstadt, 33170 Gradignan.
You can purchase tickets directly through the Opéra National de Bordeaux official ticketing platform. Tickets on Mood.
