An open-air, high-energy german indie night.
Kraftklub is a five-piece German band from Chemnitz that uniquely blends rock, indie, and Sprechgesang (spoken singing) with German lyrics. Formed in 2009 by Felix Brummer, Karl Schumann, Steffen Israel, Till Brummer, and Max Marschk, the group quickly rose to prominence, winning the New Music Award in 2010. Their debut album "Mit K" went straight to number one in 2012, followed by the successful "In Schwarz" in 2014. Known for their signature look of polo shirts and varsity jackets, the band is celebrated for high-energy live performances that foster a powerful connection with their fanbase.
