Emmanuel Michael is a New York City-based guitarist and composer originally from South Dakota. A recipient of the 2024 Jazz Gallery Residency Commission, he has performed and recorded with prominent jazz figures including Marcus Gilmore, Dayna Stephens, Ambrose Akinmusire, and Immanuel Wilkins.
