Exploring Birdsong are a unique proposition: Matt Harrison on drums, Jonny Knight on bass/second keys, and Lynsey Ward's piano and stunning vocals. Pop sensibilities and soulfully gorgeous singing meet progressive compositions, reminiscent of Iamthemorning, Steven Wilson, and Kate Bush. Hailaker is an open-ended project founded by Jemima Coulter and Ed Tullett. Built around melodic and poetic songwriting, their sound is full of varied textures, electronics, and acoustic instrumentation.
