A co-founder of the legendary Mahavishnu Orchestra with John McLaughlin, Cobham has collaborated with jazz greats such as Miles Davis, Stanley Clarke, and Chick Corea. His landmark solo album 'Spectrum' (1973) remains a reference point for jazz fusion, with the iconic track 'Stratus' notably sampled by Massive Attack for 'Safe From Harm'.
