Frank Turner is an English singer-songwriter who blends folk, punk, and rock. Since starting his musical career in 2001, he has built a reputation for intelligent lyrics and quietly anthemic music. He released his debut album 'Sleep Is for the Week' in 2007, followed by 'Love Ire & Song' which established his UK chart presence. Turner has earned nominations for NME Awards and won AIM awards for Best Live Act. In 2012, Turner performed at the London Olympics Opening Ceremony. His 2013 album 'Tape Deck Heart' reached #2 on the UK charts, featuring the single 'The Way I Tend To Be'. He is also known as the frontman of Möngöl Hörde and frequently performs with his backing band, The Sleeping Souls.
