21 Sounds
An underground contemporary classical night.
Gustav-Adolf-Straße 2, 13086 Berlin, Germany
21 Sounds transforms memories into sound. In collaboration with the Zafraan Ensemble, students from Albert Einstein and Carl Friedrich von Siemens High Schools present their own original compositions. Developed over three months of workshops, these pieces utilize both classical instruments and unconventional everyday materials to create unique soundscapes. The performance combines emotional expression with avant-garde playing techniques. The Zafraan Ensemble, a ten-member international group dedicated to reflecting modern reality through music, also performs contemporary works that served as the project's foundation. It is an inspiring sonic journey exploring how music connects personal stories and people.
