Payola are a band formed in early 2024 by members Robbie Capel, Craig Edmonds, Dave Farley, Scott Forsyth, and Matt Peel. Their sound is rooted in a shared passion for 1960s rock and roll, soul, 1970s punk, and the indie and Britpop movements of the 1990s. Based in London and Essex, the group has focused on refining their craft with the goal of producing high-quality releases and contributing a fresh perspective to the contemporary music scene.
