Russian pianist Dmitry Masleev brings his virtuoso play to one of the peaks of the piano repertoire: Sergei Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto No. 2. A true rebirth for the composer, this concerto is paired with Dmitri Shostakovich's Symphony No. 5, composed in 1937 under the shadow of Soviet censorship. The evening is conducted by Lucie Leguay and performed by the Orchestre National Bordeaux Aquitaine.
